   I just tried installing watchdogs tonight and when I inserted the disc, nada happened. I re-tried information technology a couple of times and even restarted my console. I thought maybe the disc is busted and then I inserted some other game. Same affair. Cant read the disc. And then I popped
   in a Bluray disc and that worked straight abroad. I only played Thief merely before the new update. Would this June update accept annihilation to practise with the games not working? Any help would be appreciated.

   I don't empathise in 2015 why we have to install games on our console Incorrect HDDVD was like DVD speeds, not at the first, only they were getting faster, and the read times were normal. The bluray is slower because of how the bluray reads or prints information technology i can't remember i of those 2 reasons makes it slower to read.

   Final gen PS3 would load assets multiple times on the disc to assistance with load times, now we just install it all and so it tin load off disc or disk.

   HD DVD was superior in every way, even the features that were promised like picture in picture and other features in movie while you watched a film... bluray always said "coming presently" for those features while hard disk drive already did it. The real downside to HD Dvd was the size, bluray is larger, of class simply similar normal dvd's Hard disk drive DVD could get upgraded without needing new machines like dvd ix's.

   I would send the unit back to the store for replacement, blueray drives have 2 laser lenses one for blueray and one red light amplification by stimulated emission of radiation for cd/dvd discs, could be the blueray one is out of alignment or another result, also blueray discs are a smidging thicker than
   dvd discs. Definately send it for repair.

   Ok, sorry about the delay. I tried a couple of different obviously Jane dvds and it sounds similar it reads them for a sec then nothing only like the games from the 360. If I pull up the bluray app it says "there is trouble reading the this. Make certain it'due south a bluray
